Dr. Tayfun Acarer
Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu Başkanı

İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Elektronik ve Haberleşme Bölümü bitirdi. Yüksek lisans ve doktorasını İstanbul Üniversitesi Deniz Ulaştırma İşletme Mühendisliği'nde tamamladı.. Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu (BTK) Başkanı olarak görev yapmaktadır.

1968 yılında Karaman’da doğdu. İlk ve orta öğrenimini Karaman’da tamamladı, Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi Maliye Bölümünden 1988 yılında mezun oldu. Açılan giriş sınavını kazanarak Eylül 1989’da Stajer Gelirler Kontrolörlüğüne, yapılan yeterlik sınavında başarı göstererek Ekim 1992’ de Gelirler Kontrolörlüğüne atandı. 1997 yılında İngiltere’de AB Vergi Sistemi konusunda araştırma yaptı. Ekim 1999’da Gelirler Başkontrolörü oldu. Ocak 2003’de Gelirler Genel Müdürlüğü Daire Başkanı olarak atandı. Gelir İdaresinin yeniden yapılanması sonrasında Mayıs 2005’de Gelirler Kontrolörleri Daire Başkanı olarak görevlendirildi. Aralık 2007’de Gelir İdaresi Başkan Yardımcılığına, Temmuz 2009’da Bütçe ve Mali Kontrol Genel Müdürlüğüne ve bu görevle birlikte yürütmek üzere 25 Kasım 2009’da İç Denetim Koordinasyon Kurulu Başkanlığına atandı. 7 Şubat 2015 tarihinde tekrar İç Denetim Koordinasyon Kurulu Başkanlığı (Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı ile atama) atandı. Aynı zamanda Denizcilik İşletmeleri Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığını, Devlet Desteklerini İzleme ve Denetleme Kurulu Üyeliğini 29 Aralık 2010- 31 Ocak 2013 tarihleri arasında yürütmüştür. İngilizce bilmekte olup, evli ve iki çocuk babasıdır.

Türk Telekom Genel Müdür Danışmanı

1964 doğumlu, 1985 yılında İTÜ’den Endüstri Mühendisi olarak mezun oldu. 1986’da Gazi İşletme de yüksek lisans eğitimi aldı. 1986 yılında PTT(Türktelekom) da mühendis olarak işe başladı, IT ve Mobil sistemler konusunda çalıştı 19962da PTT Bilgi İşlem Dairesi Başkan Yardımcısı, 2002’de Ulaştırma Bakanı Telekom Danışmanı, 2003’de Avea Genel Müdür Yardımcısı oldu. 2005 yılında TBMM tarafından RTÜK Üst Kurul Üyesi olarak seçildi. RTÜK üyeliği sonrası 2009’dan  bu yana Türkiye’nin iletişim ve altyapı şirketi Türk Telekom’da Genel Müdür Danışmanı olarak çalışmaktadır.  MMO yönetiminde Genel Sekreter ve İnternet Kurulunda kurul üyesi olarak bulundu.  KHÜ Mühendislik Bölümünde IT AUDIT dersi vermektedir.

Alp Buluc who is Senior Consultant at Mikado Danismanlik has graduated from Istanbul University Business Administration Faculty. After completing M.Sc. in Economics at Bogazici University, he is at PhD dissertation phase at Yeditepe University Institute of Social Sciences Organizational Behavior Department. He has 4 years of internal audit, 15 years of external audit and accounting and finance management experience and CPA, CIA, CCSA and CRMA certificates. Mr. Buluc is an instructor at TURMOB and ISMMMO and has lectured internal audit at Maltepe University and Istanbul Aydin University. He is serving at Ethics Board since 2012 and at Academic Relations Committee at TIDE (The Institute of Internal Auditing – Turkey) since 2008. Artun Aktimur was born in ANKARA in 1977. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, Economy Department in 1999. He started to work as a financial crimes investigation assistant expert at Financial Crimes Investigation Board, Ministry of Finance in 2002. He became financial crimes investigation expert in 2005 and he has been working as an analyst since this year. He has specialized on money laundering offences originating from cyber-crimes. In this regard, he is working on the developments in the areas of information systems, payment systems and money transfer systems. He also has a Public Internal Audit Certificate.

Cihan Salihoglu is a Manager in Security & Privacy Services specializing in information security. Merve Gözüküçük

She studied applied maths and engineering in İstanbul Technical University during her undergraduate education and started her career as a business and system analyst. Afterwards, in 2012, she started her career as the compliance analyst under Law and Regulations Departmant of Turkcell Superonline. Mustafa Gülmüş

Mustafa Gülmüş graduated (BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering) from Yildiz Technical University in 1996. Gülmüş also graduated (MS in Information Security Management Systems) from Yildiz Technical University in 2010. He worked for IBM as a part-time Junior System Engineer between 1994 to 1996 and then he worked as a Turkcell Technology Consultant for Enter between 1997 and 2000. Then he worked as a Network and Security Engineer for Nestech, NY between 2000 -2001. Then he worked as the Information Technology Department Manager for Superonline between 2001 and 2005. After one year marketing career, she worked as an IT auditor for 13 years at Aknet and Akbank.   During her carrier as an IT auditor, she took part in several audits and consultancy projects in Akbank, Akbank subsidiaries and service providers. In 2013, she joined Avea Internal Audit Team as an Internal Audit Manager (IT). She has CISA, ISO 27001 LA, CRISC, CEH, COBIT Foundation and ISO 9001:2000 certifications.

Servet Gözel

Servet has 9 years of work experience in the area of Information Risk Management as an IT auditor and advisor. He joined KPMG Turkey in 2005 and has worked at KPMG in the Netherlands. Sinem Cantürk graduated from İstanbul Technical University in 1996. She started her career in YapıKredi Bank at 1996 and she has performed team leader, application architect, project manager and internal IT auditor roles between 1996 - 2006. Yasin Beceni
